What do Eighth Grader really think about?

My name is Tanay Krishnan and I am a 12 year old.

Most adults have many assumptions about what we 12 year olds think about .... games, TV shows, sports may be? - ok we do think about those things but that’s not all we think about. We think about many other topics that adults may not know we think about. So I decided to share our perspectives on so many different things we think about.

Most of the time we want to do something creative, as we have lots of energy in us. If we don't have anything to do, especially if in this lockdown currently due to Covid, we go to electronics. For us, TV is something to watch when we don’t have anything to do, or use it as a break, also when we find something fun we tend to do it repeatedly. We also like to go down and play with friends, now this is better than TV as it gives us physical exercise. We also play games on consoles like Switch, PS and Xbox. What I’m trying to say is, we like to do things we find fun, so if you want us to do something, find ways to make it fun. We also tend to get a little upset when parents lecture us, we really like it when parents find other ways to correct our mistakes except for yelling or hitting. We also don’t like it when you put pressure on us to tell something like “who do you like?” Or questions like that.

Anyways back to what do we really think about, so I actually called some of my friends and asked what were they thinking about, topics they were actively thinking about included ... what will happen to China after spreading Covid 19 and killing Indian soldiers at the border, Health & Fitness, new technologies, PC & Hardware topics, books, baking, mountain climbing, which companies are striving and see their products and so on. So you see ... we really do think about some very interesting and different topics.

From a very young age I have been told that I have very strong views on different topics, so I thought may be sharing them is a good idea.
